Wolfgang Van Halen's Mammoth WVH Share New Single Like A Pastime

Wolfgang Van Halen's Mammoth WVH have shared a new single.

Following Another Celebration At The End Of The World, Like A Pastime marks the second preview of the band's sophomore album, 'Mammoth II', which is set to arrive on August 4. Commenting on the upbeat and experimental rock offering, Van Halen said:

"It centres around a 4/4-time signature, but with a polyrhythm on top. I was teaching my fiancé what a polyrhythm is, and I stumbled upon this idea. The kick drums are accentuating it. It’s certainly one of my favourites and a completely different vibe than anything on the first album."

Mammoth WVH will embark on massive tours supporting Metallica, Alter Bridge, and Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe this spring and summer, as well as appearing at various festivals around the globe, including the UK's Download in June.
