Firewind is a Greek power metal band from Thessaloniki, consisting of vocalist Henning Basse, guitarist Gus G., bass player Petros Christodoulidis, keyboard player Bob Katsionis and Johan Nunez on drums.
Formed in 1998, the band released their debut album, ‘Between Heaven and Hell‘, in 2002, followed by their second album, ‘Burning Hell’, in 2003. This led to the band signing with Century Media and releasing their third album, ‘Forged By Fire’, in 2005. After a four year gap, their latest record, ‘Immortals’, was released in 2017.
