Motorhead Tickets & Tour Dates 2014 / 2015
Motorhead are an English hard rock outfit hailing from London. Formed in 1975, the band currently consists of legendary founding member Ian Kilmister - best known as Lemmy - on vocals and bass, guitarist Phil ‘Wizzö’ Campbell, and drummer Mikkey Dee.
Knocking out their self-titled debut album in 1977, the band have since gone on to release 21 records and pick-up millions upon millions of fans worldwide. They’re best known for singles like Ace of Spades, Overkill, Bomber, and Iron Fist.
When it comes to Motorhead, everything is louder than anything else and there are very few bands that come close to having such an enduring impact on rock music. They've put on some of the heaviest gigs of all time, as well as some of the heaviest records, including multiple stops at the Hammersmith Apollo and of course, massive festivals too.
Despite iconic frontman Lemmy Kilmister being well into his 60s, Motorhead are rocking harder than ever before. Ranked at #26 on VH1's '100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock', Motorhead will be ripping through three massive UK gigs in November, stopping in Birmingham, Manchester, and London. Lemmy Kilmister isn't just a man. He isn't just a musician. He is the living, breathing, whiskey-necking, cigar-smoking embodiment of rock 'n' roll, and has been bulldozing his way through the music industry for over 40 years. But, after 20 previous studio albums, their iconic frontman’s recent health troubles and constant accusations of every album sounding exactly the same, have Motörhead actually got anything left to say?
