Paul Potts is an English tenor and ‘pop opera’ singer hailing from Bristol. Born in 1970, he boasts an inspiring story of success - he first performed on stage at the break of the millennium for amateur opera companies, taking on a handful of roles but never achieving anything more. Then, in 2007 when he was working as a phone salesman, he stunned audiences and judges alike with a stunning audition for Britain’s Got Talent - a show which he went on to win.
