British-born Slash (real name Saul Hudson) is regarded as one of the all-time greatest guitarists ever. Making his name alongside Axl Rose in the legendary rock band Guns N' Roses, the band dominated the 1980s and 90s rock scene and went on to sell more 100 million albums across the world.

Following the bitter break-up of Guns N' Roses, Slash has forged a hugely successful solo career. Following short spells in his own band Slash's Snakepit as well as playing in supergroup Velvet Revolver, Slash released his eponymous debut solo record last year. The album has been a huge success, gaining worldwide critical and commercial acclaim.
