Spandau Ballet are an English new wave and synth pop outfit hailing from Islington, London. Formed in 1979, the original line-up consisted of frontman Tony Hadley, guitarist Gary Kemp, saxophone player Steve Norman, bassist Martin Kemp and drummer John Keeble.
