Super Furry Animals is a Welsh psychedelic rock and indietronica band from Cardiff, consisting of frontman Gruff Rhys, guitarist Huw Bunford, bassist Guto Pryce, keyboard-player/electronics guy Cian Ciaran, and drummer Dafydd Ieuan.
Formed in 1993, the band have released nine albums across their career, including their debut album, ‘Fuzzy Logic’, in 1996, 'Rings Around the World', in 2001, which hit #3 in the UK Albums Chart and their last album ‘Dark Days/Light Years’ in 2009. The band have headlined their own shows and tours across the UK and North America, including supporting Noel Gallagher and Primal Scream. Super Furry Animals head out on their 'Fuzzy Logic/Radiator Tour' this winter, where they will be playing ‘Fuzzy Logic’ and ‘Radiator’ in full and will headline Liverpool International Festival Of Psychedelia.
