Barry Adamson is a singer-songwriter from Manchester.
Starting his music career in the late 1970s, he cut his teeth as a member of Magazine, as well as working with the likes of Buzzcocks and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, before releasing his debut solo album ‘Moss Side Story’ in 1989. He has since put out a further eight studio records to date, including 1992's Mercury Prize-nominated 'Soul Murder, and his most recent, 2016's 'Know Where To Run'.
