Get out your raybans, hypercolour t-shirt and those old acid wash jeans, the 80s are back! Well they're back for a few nights only as some of the decades biggest selling stars grace UK arenas later this year, bringing nostalgia to the masses.
The 80s Rewind UK tour features a stellar lineup including Kool and the Gang, Sister Sledge, ABC, Howard Jones, Go West, T'Pau and The Christians.

Them Crooked Vultures a/k/a Dave Grohl, Josh Homme and John Paul Jones have announced the addition of a London date to the band's July festival run.
The new show, to be held on July 5th at Brixton O2 Academy, has been organized to provide aid to TCV friend and Homme collaborator, Brian O'Connor.

Download Festival has won Best Event at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards for the second year running.
Only a day after this year’s festival came to an end, the organisers of Download have collected the prize, which is voted for by Metal Hammer readers. The event was up against other rock festivals Bloodstock and Sonisphere, as well as the recent Rage Against The Machine free concert in Finsbury Park.

The Glastonbury festival is only a days away as thousands of music fans prepare to decend onto Worthy Farm to help celebrate the festival’s 40th anniversary. As part of the celebrations this year, festival organisers have revealed that the Glastonbury Tor will be illuminated from sunset to sunrise.
