tUnE-yArDs Announce UK Tour Dates for June

tUnE-yArDs, the solo project of California-based lo-fi artist Merrill Garbus, has announced details of a UK and Ireland tour in June, which will follow the release of her second album ‘w h o k i l l’ on 18th April. The album is the follow-up to her 2009 debut ‘BiRd BrAiNs’. A new track entitled ‘Bizness’, which will be included on the album, has been made available through the tUnE-yArDs website.

Speaking about the track and the new dates, Merrill said: “The BBC played a new tUnE-yArDs song on the radio and somebody made a recording of it just like in the old days. It got passed around a lot on the internet, but I think you should have the real one. We can't wait to see you out there on the road. Thanks for your ears.”

tUnE-yArDs will be coinciding the release of ‘w h o k i l l’ with a North American tour before heading over to Europe at the end of May.

15th June - Captain's Rest, Glasgow
17th June - Whelans, Dublin
