Alex G is an indie rock singer-songwriter from Havertown, Pennsylvania.
Starting his music career in 2010, he built up an audience self-releasing albums on Bandcamp for several years, before making his label debut with 'DSU' in 2014. Today his discography hosts a total of nine full-length albums (also under the moniker (Sandy) Alex G), with the most recent being 'God Save The Animals'. He is also known for composing the soundtrack to the 2022 film We're All Going To The World's Fair. Also an acclaimed songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer, he has received credits for work on music from the likes of Frank Ocean, Porches and Japanese Breakfast. Alex Goot is an American singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Poughkeepsie, New York. Born in 1988, he would find fame thanks to his YouTube channel, where he posts both his original tracks and cover versions, something which helped him pick up over 200million video views and two million subscribers.
A talented multi-instrumentalist as well as vocalist, Goot has moved from being simply an internet star to a touring artist, and has worked with the likes of We Are the In Crowd, Sam Tsui, and more. Alex Gough is a singer-songwriter, rapper and drummer from Waterford, Ireland.
He released his debut full-length mixtape, 'Forever Classic', in 2021, which he followed up with 'Bonus Features' in 2021. Alex Gough has shows lined up in Cork and Dublin for October 2022. A sprawling piece that slots endearing, wonky Americana songs between extended stretches of electronic navel-gazing, it is a record that must be appreciated as a whole if only for the deliberate nature of its construction.
