Alexisonfire are an award-winning post-hardcore band hailing from Ontario, Canada. Forming in 2001 as the result of three band’s breaking up, the band wasted no time in securing a deal with EMI. They then put out their eponymous debut album in 2002, and managed to secure tours across the US and Europe as well as their native Canada.

Following that, their career took off and they released a further three albums, picking up a number of awards on the way too - including a Juno for Group of the Year in 2007. As with all great things, the band came to an end in August 2011 - but, if you’re a fan, you have one final chance to catch the band live as they travel across the world for a farewell tour.
