More Bands Announced For Bloodstock 2014

Bloodstock Festival have added 17 new bands to the 2014 event, with Entombed A.D, Monument, Gethika and Massive Wagons among the latest acts added to the bill.

Joining the main stage bill are the newly renamed Entombed A.D, while over at the Sophie stage on Thursday are British traditional metalheads Monument and former ‘Metal 2 The Masses’ winners, Gethika. Bringing an international flavour on Sunday will be death metallers Krow, who hail from Brazil, alongside 16-year-old blues star in the making Aaron Keylock.

Undersmile and King Creature will head to the Jagermeister Stage on Friday, followed by Massive Wagons and a special acoustic set from Orphaned Land on Saturday.On Sunday, Rabid Bitch of the North and The Heretic Order will tread the boards.

Bloodstock organisers have also announced the next batch of breaking bands for the New Blood stage. No Sin Evades His Gaze perform on Friday, while Born of the Jackal play on Saturday followed by Today The Sun Dies on Sunday. The ‘Metal 2 The Masses’ Plymouth heat winner Warcrab join the bill on Saturday, and Sunday’s New Blood stage will feature the Channel Islands’ victor, Byzanthian Neckbeard and the Dublin heat champions Psykosis.

Tickets are on sale now priced £130 plus fees for a four-day Thursday to Sunday weekend pass with camping. Check out the Bloodstock website for all the ticket options, as well as the full line up.
