Foo Fighters will tour Australia and New Zealand in February and March next year.
The rock giants will follow up the November 10 release of their new album, 'Sonic Highways', with eight stadium shows, stopping in Christchurch, Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth between February 18 and March 7 with Ris Against as support. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time on November 13.
Foo Fighters have already confirmed shows in South Africa, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Brazil preceding the Australian leg. The tour is expected to make its way to the UK and Europe in 2015, but dates are still to be confirmed.
The band recently released the second song from the upcoming record, The Feast And The Famine. The song follows the album's lead single, Something From Nothing, which surfaced earlier this month.
