Francesco Renga is a singer and song writer from Udine in Italy.
Renga put out his self titled debut album in 2001, which reached number 46 in the Italian album charts. He went on to release 'Tracce' in 2002 which peaked at number 6, 'Camere Con Vista' in 2004 which hit number 4, and only continued to grow in popularity, as his next two albums both reached number one and were certified Platinum - 'Ferro E Cartone' in 2007 and 'Orchestraevoce' in 2009. Renga released four more albums until his most recent, 'L'altra metΰ', came in 2019, and made it to number two. Francesco Renga will take over the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire this month on his L'altra Meta Tour. He also has October tour plans around Europe.
