Origin is an American death metal band based in Topeka, Kansas. Originally formed out of jams between Jeremy Turner and Paul Ryan back in the late '90s, the group currently consists of Ryan alongside Mike Flores, John Longstreth, ad Jason Keyser.
Releasing their self-titled debut album in 2000, Origin have continued on to become one of modern day death metal's big names, managing a relatively big hit with their 2008 album 'Antithesis'.
