Adele Is Christmas #1 On Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart Of 2015

Merry Christmas everyone! Now, take a sip of that bucks fizz and bite of your pre-dinner bacon sarnie before you settle in for the top 10 of Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart of 2015. Her comeback has been called the best of the year and so it’ll be of little surprise to some that Adele has taken the top spot from last year’s chart kings One Direction, who this year sit in ninth position.  As runners up AC/DC say; “It’s a long way to the top if you wanna rock’n’roll!”.

Also joining the party late, but it seems just at the right time, are Coldplay, who having released their seventh album, ‘A Head Full Of Dreams’, only earlier this month, are sitting pretty in third place, just ahead of Ed Sheeran, who was last year’s #2. Not to be outdone by the youngsters, rock veterans Rod Stewart and U2 are next on the chart, followed by Lionel Richie and ‘Madchester’ pioneers The Stone Roses.

So, as the countdown of the year’s top 50 best-selling artists on Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart draws to a close, if you missed them, check out Parts OneTwoThree and Four here.
