‘Like leaves on the ground, but rather snow in the air, swirling and massive, weightless and fragile’... is the most apt metaphor to describe the angelically haunted voice of Harry’s Gym vocalist Anne-Lise Frokedal.
With a liking to Garbage, Blonde Redhead and The Knife, the Norwegian quartet are “wonderfully soaring, dreamlike prog-pop that's more northern sorrow than Northern Soul – but not too oppressively bleak.” (Guardian, Band Of The Day).
