Illness Forces Friendly Fires To Postpone Manchester Show

Yet more bad news for Friendly Fires fans, the trio have been forced to postpone another show on their UK tour, due to frontman Ed MacFarlane's reoccurring illness.

Friendly Fires have already had to postpone tour shows in Southampton, Nottingham and Newcastle and have today announced that their show at Manchester's O2 Apollo, set for Thursday 17th November, has also been shelved.

The cancellations are down to frontman Ed MacFarlane's viral throat infection that has plagued him over the last week. Struggling to overcome the illness, the singer is still too ill to perform. On the bright side though, fans have been promised that all postponed shows will be rescheduled.

Friendly Fires are now expected to pick up their tour at Leeds' O2 Academy on Saturday 19th November. Ticket holders are advised to check for updates during the lead up to the show.
