Franz Ferdinand And Sparks Supergroup FFS To Release Debut LP In June

FFS, the Franz Ferdinand and Sparks supergroup, will release their debut LP in June.
The self-titled album is due out June 8 on Domino and the first single is expected this month. 'FFS' was recorded during an intense 15-day period in late 2014. Discussing the recording process, Franz Ferdinand's Alex Kapranos said:
“We approached it the way bands do with their first record. We had the songs first, rehearsed them and then recorded it all together, in a room. So no hanging around or fannying about.”

FFS will play a series of headline shows this summer, starting at Glasgow's Art School on June 16.
