The song will be paired with another new track, Halloween Is Over, for a new single which will get a 7" release on July 28 through Handsome Dad Records.
Discussing the video, which was directed by her brother Alex, she said:
"Having the monotonous slow rotation in my plastic covered living room was a style choice. But [it] also highlights how easy it is to keep getting stuck in the same habits of self destructive behaviour."
Lightman will play a headline London show on June 29 at Paper Dress Vintage.
