The Waterboys are a folk-rock band from Edinburgh.
The band released their self-titled debut LP in 1983, and have since followed up with a further 14 studio albums, the most recent being 2022's 'All Souls Hill'. The Waterboys will headline Glasgow's Summer Nights On The Southside concert series in June 2024, and have also announced a pair of Irish headline shows for August. Energetic, Musically Brilliant, Celtic and Clever

We saw the Waterboys this week in Birmingham and, as usual, they were lively, entertaining, and full of buzz. They had everybody's feet tapping and dancing. A night to remember, humming the songs the next day as the tunes are so memorable and haunting. Will definitely go to their next Midlands gig and will take some other family members who also like the music as we always play their cd at parties etc.
