Lostprophets Announce 'Weapons Hot' UK Tour

Welsh rockers Lostprophets have announced dates for their 2012 'Weapons Hot' UK Tour.

Earlier this year Lostprophets unveiled details of their forthcoming new album, entitled 'Weapons'. Set to hit the shelves on 2nd April, 'Weapons' will be the band's fifth studio album following-up 2010's 'The Betrayed'.

Lostprophets signed up LA producer Ken Andrews for 'Weapons'. Ken spoke about the partnership on his blog last summer commenting: "Lost Prophets approached me in November of last year. These guys have had some huge success in their home territory of the UK. Arena level tours. They had a big hit here is the states in 2004 with the song 'Last Train Home' from the album ‘Start Something’ which sold just shy of a million copies. They have been relatively quiet here since, but that’s all about to change."

This morning, Monday 23rd January, Lostprophets confirmed their new 2012 'Weapons Hot' tour with the release of a special trailer video. Check out the video as well as the tour dates below.
