Lou Reed To Perform Two Shows In Leamington Spa In August & Tickets

Lou Reed has announced a two-night stand at Leamington Spa's Assembly for 8th and 9th August 2012.
Reed will perform the rare shows following his 'From Vu To Lulu' European tour which starts in Luxembourg on Wednesday 6th June and will take in several festivals, including Switzerland’s Caribana Festival, France's Montereau Festival, Berlin’s Citadel Music Festival and Slovakia’s renowned Pohoda Festival. Lou will also perform several concerts in France, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, and Germany.
In addition, Lou Reed is the latest artist to be added to this year’s Meltdown Festival at London’s prestigious Southbank Centre. This year’s festival is curated by Lou’s friend and collaborator, Antony, and will take place the day following the Leamington Spa concerts, Friday 10th August. Tickets are priced from £45.00.
