Superstar singer and Take That star Robbie Williams has teased fans that he’ll be performing in London’s O2 Arena later this year, after posting a picture from inside the venue with the caption ‘Soon to be full and loud’.
The ‘Angels’ star has already embarked on a short, intimate UK tour this year ahead of the release of his ninth studio album ‘Take the Crown’, but is expected to announce some new dates - in the form of a residency at the O2 Arena - very shortly.
Teasing his legions of fans, Williams posted this picture onto his website earlier today - which almost confirms in itself that an announcement should be on the way soon. Stay with Stereoboard to stay up-to-date on Robbie Williams tour news.
It’’s not the first time Williams has hinted at a tour in the past week - he recently revealed his wife and daughter would travel with him to gigs, as well as claiming that his new record was a ‘big stadium-sounding album’.
A residency at the O2 Arena is expected to take place in around November and December (to coincide with ‘Take the Crown’) and may be announced alongside a number of other tour dates - though nothing official has been confirmed yet.
Stay with Stereoboard to find out first what Williams has got in store for you fans!
UPDATE: Robbie Williams has now confirmed a three night stint at London O2 Arena from November 22nd - 24th. Fans must pre-register for access to tickets. All the details here.
