The UK's Sonisphere Festival WILL return in 2013 according to head promoter Stuart Galbraith, who revealed the exciting news at last night's UK Festival Awards.
Stuart confirmed to the BBC: “We’re working on a bill now, hopefully to announce before Christmas. Cancelling it last year was a hiccup.” Stuart also revealed that announcing this year’s line-up in February was “too late”. An announcement about 2013's Sonisphere UK is expected very soon - check back to Stereoboard for details!
This year's Sonisphere UK was supposed to feature headliners Faith No More, KISS and Queen with Adam Lambert, however, the Knebworth event was cancelled with refunds issued to all ticket holders.
