Woodpigeon Unveils Details Of UK Tour Dates And Video For 'Edinburgh' - Watch Now

Following news that his headline show at St Pancras Old Church has sold out, Woodpigeon has announced details of more UK shows in March to follow on from the release of his brand new album 'Thumbtacks and Glue'.

Woodpigeon will support Mark Eitzel in Glasgow, Hebden Bridge, Manchester, and Bristol before headlining St Pancras Old Church on 4th March. He'll then play an intimate instore show at Rough Trade West and will finish his run of UK dates with headline shows in both Brighton and Bournemouth.

Set for release on 25th Feb via Fierce Panda, 'Thumbtacks & Glue' is Woodpigeon's fifth full-length album to date and whilst it is his first proper release since 2010, the past few years have been anything but quiet for Mark Andrew Hamilton. There have been multiple EPs and singles, a move from Calgary, Alberta to Vienna, Austria, tours of Europe with Junip and Andrew Bird, and a tour of North America supporting Patrick Wolf, plus a slew of headlining and festival dates. Known for his heart-wrenching orchestral pop, 'Thumbtacks & Glue' shows off Hamilton at his most diverse. This is the sound of a songwriter just hitting his stride.
