Family To Play December Farewell Shows At London's O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire

Wednesday, 06 April 2016 Written by Jon Stickler

Family will perform their last shows, celebrating 50 years of the band, in London this December.

The British prog giants will play the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on December 17 and 18, with support coming from '60s psychedelic blues-rock singer-songwriter Edgar Broughton. Speaking about the band’s last shows, frontman Roger Chapman said:

"After the brilliant shows last Christmas in Glasgow and in Shepherd’s Bush, I realised that our 50th anniversary was time to bow out while we are still on top. Now I can concentrate on watching Leicester City dominate Europe!"

Tickets are on sale from 12pm on April 8, priced at £51.00 plus fees.

Family Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows:

Sat December 17 2016 - LONDON O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire
Sun December 18 2016 - LONDON O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire
