Later this month Sŵn Festival, Cardiff’s multi-venue cavalcade of new music, will celebrate its 10th birthday. Between October 21 and 23 the Welsh capital will again become a merry-go-round of discovery and must-see moments and we’re excited to usher the full event schedule into the world below.
From Meilyr Jones opening proceedings with Sŵnrise at the Tramshed, to Cate Le Bon bringing her psych-pop wizardry to the cozy confines of Buffalo and Lonely The Brave presiding over a bill packed with big hooks and power chords, there’s plenty to be getting on with.
And that's before you factor in the synth-pop brilliance of Braids, Japanese Breakfast's sweeping dream-pop, Melt Yourself Down's closing statement and stages curated by Horizons/Gorwelion, Turnstile, Bubblewrap Collective and loads more. It'll be a busy one.
