Dave, Little Simz And Central Cee Win Big At GRM Rated Awards 2022

Dave, Little Simz and Central Cee were among the winners at the GRM Rated Awards.
Dave (pictured right) led the way, picking up four awards, including Track Of The Year and Video Of The Year for Clash featuring Stormzy (pictured left). He also took home Album Of The Year for 'We’re All Alone in This Together', as well as bagging the gong for Male Artist Of The Year.
Breakthrough Award went to British hip hop duo, A1 x J1, while Little Simz scooped the Female Artist Of The Year award, adding to her recent Mercury Prize success. Central Cee went home with the award for Mixtape Of The Year.
The Rated Awards, which focus on the UK rap and grime scene, were held on Saturday (October 22) at Magazine London. The night also included a tribute to the late SBTV founder Jamal Edwards, after which his mother Brenda and sister Tanisha took to the stage to accept a posthumous Legacy Award on his behalf.
The awards ceremony will be broadcast on E4 on October 25 at 10pm BST. Head below for the full list of winners.
