Police Shut Down French Horn Rebellion Gig

The Police raided and closed down the party that French Horn Rebellion were playing in New York on Saturday night.

The Brooklyn based brothers were playing 'Bang On!' at the Living Theatre on Clinton Street in the Lower East Side and about to play their last track when the police raided the venue and closed it down.

When asked what happened Robert from FHR said:

"Well, we were just doing our set, and all of a sudden the owner of the space came up to us and was like "stop the music... Stop the music now!!" And we were like, "why??" And he was like "cuz the police are here and they're shutting this party down!" Everyone was begging for another song, but we were like "sorry the police shut us down, nothing we can do!!!"

French Horn Rebellion's debut single 'Beaches & Friends' is out on March 1st and the band arrive in the UK this Friday for a string of live shows across the UK.

They will be performing in the following cities:

Fri 26th Feb - Glasgow The Flying Duc
Sat 27th Feb - London Proud Galleries, BE @ Proud
Tues 2nd March - London Barfly, Camden Town
Weds 3rd March - Cardiff Buffalo Bar
