Glenn Hughes is an English bass player and vocalist from Cannock, Staffordshire. Starting his music career in 1967, as a member of the bands Finders Keepers and Trapeze. In 1973 he joined Deep Purple, before starting a solo career in 1976 when the band disbanded.
