Saint Etienne Forced To Postpone Tonight's London Palladium Concert

Pop trio Saint Etienne have had to postpone tonight’s London Palladium show due to illness. a rescheduled show will take place in the next two to four weeks with an announcement being made with the new date as soon as possible. All existing tickets will be valid for the new date.

Armed with drum machines and pounding basslines, Saint Etienne have been on the road for a short May UK tour and have already performed at venues in Sheffield, Liverpool, Cardiff and Leamington Spa. They were due to conclude the tour tonight in London, however, due to illness, the trio have been forced to postpone the final show.

Saint Etienne returned earlier this month with a brand new album entitled 'Words and Music by Saint Etienne', the group's eighth studio album and the follow-up to 2005's 'Tales From Turnpike House'.

The new album is to feature collaborations from long-time Saint Etienne associate Ian Catt as well as producer Richard X and Nick Coler. Album track 'Tonight' was issued as a free download in January. 'Words and Music by Saint Etienne' was released on 21st May.
