The Cavern is a live music venue based on Queen Street in Exeter. Opened in 1991 with the intent of giving local and international bands, musicians and DJs alike a place to entertain up to 220 fans, it has continued to serve Exeter today. Bands that have hit its stage include La Roux, Biffy Clyro, Muse, Coldplay, Mampi Swift, Scratch Perverts, and The Kaiser Chiefs.
