Preferring to stay anonymous, he first appeared in early 2016 with the song Kill Our Way to Heaven, and his debut self-titled EP followed later that year. After the record racked up millions of plays across various platforms, his debut live shows were set in a handful of U.S. cities in the fall of 2016. Since, Michl has toured with the likes of Mura Masa, Phanotgram and Marian Hill, as well as headline shows. Michl released a string of singles in 2018, including Better With You, I'd Do It All Again and Tell Her. He brings his electro pop to London's Bermondsey Social Club in October.
