The High Kings are a folk band from Dublin.
Formed in 2008, the band consists of Finbarr Clancy, Brian Dunphy, Paul O'Brien and Darren Holden. Known for their traditional, Celtic-style folk music, the band was originally assembled by the manager of Celtic Woman. Their first three studio albums hit the top three of the Billboard World Music Chart, with their first two records certified platinum in Ireland. Their ninth studio album, 'Home From Home', arrived in 2021. The High Kings have lined up a UK tour for June 2023, ahead of a huge show at Dublin's National Stadium on September 30.
