Bryan Cranston is an actor, director and producer from Los Angeles, California.
Starting his acting career in 1982, his big break came when he landed the role of Hal in the sitcom Malcolm In The Middle, which aired from 2000 to 2006, and today is perhaps best recognised for his internationally acclaimed, Golden Globe-winning portrayal of Walter White in Breaking Bad (2008-2013). He has also appeared in television series including Seinfeld, The X-Files, How I Met Your Mother and Sneaky Pete, and in films such as Argo, Drive and Trumbo – the latter of which earned him an Academy Award nomination. He's received countless more honours and accolades over the years, including seven Emmys, two Tony Awards and a Laurence Olivier Award.
