Chris Voss is a businessman, author, and former FBI hostage negotiator from Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.
Having served as the FBI's lead international kidnapping negotiator from 2003 to 2007, he handled over 150 high-stakes cases worldwide after being trained by the FBI, Scotland Yard and Harvard Law School.
