Clinic Reveal UK Tour Dates & Tickets

Clinic have announced their new album 'Bubblegum' will be released on Monday the 4th of October 2010. The album will be preceded by a beautiful new single 'I'm Aware', out September 20th.

Available on 7" and digital formats 'I'm Aware' also features non album track 'Gentle Lady'. As well as the regular CD, vinyl and download version of the album, 'Bubblegum' will also be available as a box set. Limited to 750 copies worldwide, this set includes the vinyl album of 'Bubblegum', as well as an acoustic version of the album on pink vinyl featuring 'I'm Aware', 'Baby' 'Bubblegum', 'Evelyn', 'Linda' and 'Freemasons Waltz', a Clinic iron on transfer and a Clinic badge, all of which are exclusive to the box set.

‘Bubblegum’, Clinic’s sixth album, is a rewiring of Clinic’s trademark hyped up sound. In place of churning riffs and wired vocals is a dream state of harpsichord, dulcimers and strings. Melody and softness combine with the band’s unique internal logic to produce a record of pop beauty.

To showcase the new album, Clinic have released dates for a UK tour next month. The Bubblegum tour kicks off with the band’s performance at this year’s SWN Festival in Cardiff, seven headlining shows across the country follow. Tickets are onsale now.
