Engelbert Humperdinck Confirms UK Shows For Autumn 2011 & Tickets

Mult-million album seller Engelbert Humperdinck has revealed plans to tour the UK next year, announcing a string of dates for October and November 2011.

Into his 75th year, Engelbert Humperdinck shows no signs of slowng the pace as he confirms twelve UK shows for October and November next year. Having just released new album, 'Released', recorded alongside producer Paul Wiltshire, Engelbert Humperdinck will perfrom a set consisting of new material as well as all the classics such as 'Quando-Quando-Quando', 'Am I That Easy To Forget', 'There Goes My Everything', 'A Man Without Love' and 'Release me'.

Born Arnold George Dorsey, Engelbert Humperdinck, who's name comes from the 1911 Austrian composer who wrote Hansel and Gretel, played saxophone before turning to crooning. He initially became popular in the UK whilst performing under the name of Gerry Dorsey but following six months out of action due to tuberculosis he returned to the spotlight as Engelbert Humperdinck and the legend was born!
