The Spin Doctors Announce UK Shows & Tickets

The Spin Doctors have announced a series of UK shows for May 2011.

The Spin Doctors were the most successful of a clutch of blues-rock bands operating in New York in the early 90s. Their debut album 'Pocket Full of Kryptonite' was released in 1991. Almost a year later the single 'Little Miss Can't Be Wrong' started getting played regularly on radio and MTV, and the band started selling millions of albums. The next few records didn't do quite so well, but despite being dropped by their label in 1996 the Spin Doctors managed to hang on to their career. In 1999 they returned to the music scene with the album 'Here Comes The Bride'.

2011 will see The Spin Doctors celebrate the 20th anniverary of debut album 'Pocket Full Of Kryptonite'. It has also been rumoured that the band will release a special edition of the album featuring bonus material.

15th May 2011 - Jazz Cafe, London
17th May 2011 - Manchester Band On The Wall, Manchester
18th May 2011 - The Assembly Rooms, Leamington Spa
21st May 2011 - The Globe, Cardiff
22nd May 2011 - Robin 2, Wolverhampton
