Black Spiders Announce May UK Tour & Tickets

Gloriously heavy (referring to sound not weight!) Sheffield four-piece, Black Spiders, are set to embark on a UK tour in May.

Recently releasing their debut album 'Sons Of The North' on February 7th, Black Spiders have drawn up a busy schedule to hit the road and showcase their new material with performance also confirmed for London's High Voltage Festival this summer, their second in two years.

Last year Black Spiders played at the iTunes festival with Ozzy Osbourne, after winning a competition put together by MySpace and iTunes, to find a great unsigned band in the UK, which Black Spiders won, from over 500 entries. The band also played festivals in Essen Devilside, headlined SOS in Manchester, ZwarteCross in the Netherlands and a show in Victoria Park at the High Voltage Festival, alongside the likes of Orange Goblin, ZZ Top, Heaven & Hell and Down.

Black Spiders were named the 'Best Underground Band' in the Metal Hammer Golden Gods awards last year and having previously shared the stage with the legendary Airbourne you know these rockers will be putting on one helluva show!

10th May 2011, The Haymakers, Cambridge

15th May 2011, Clwb Ifor Bach, Cardiff
16th May 2011, Durham Live Lounge, Durham
17th May 2011, The Slade Rooms, Broad Street, Wolverhampton
18th May 2011, O2 Academy Newcastle, Newcastle
19th May 2011, Cabaret Voltaire, Edinburgh
