Jedward Insult Eurovision Rivals Blue

Jedward Insult Eurovision Rivals Blue

Jedward have never been known for their stoic wisdom, but the Irish duo have taken their blabbering a step further this week by criticising Eurovision rivals Blue.

In what will perhaps become known as the lowest point in Blue’s pop career, the ‘X Factor’ twins have hit out at the band for deserting their fans by splitting up. Known for their off-time dance moves and painful vocals, Jedward asserted: "We never ditched our fans and came back. We've always been here."

The twins continued to state that they have listened to Blue’s entry and believe that their entry is not just better than the boyband’s track, but the best song in the entire competition. They said: "I remember we found a Blue annual in a charity shop when we were kids and bought it. We're 19 and it will be girl teenagers voting so they're more likely to vote for us. I've heard everyone else's Eurovision song and ours is better."

The Eurovision song contest will be taking place in Dusseldof, Germany next month. Will Blue revenge the UK’s dismal Eurovision record or have Jedward got an entry worthy of the top spot? There’s also a small (small) chance that they’re both a bit rubbish. Decide for yourself by listening to the two tracks below:
