The Main Square Festival in Arras, France on July 1st, 2nd and 3rd, is located at the intersection of the influence of three major European capitals: London, Brussels and Paris. We are pleased to announce its line up for the 2011 edition. Once again, the magnificent Citadel of Arras, a UNESCO classified monument, should be this year the scene of the best live performances of the summer!
Friday, July 1st will be a very special day with Linkin Park, for an unique show in France, The Chemical Brothers, Queens Of The Stone Age, Limp Bizkit, The Gaslight Anthem, famous French DJ Martin Solveig, Beady Eye new Liam Gallagher’s band, Eels, Tame Impala, Warpaint Etc...

Sunday, July 3rd: festival closing with the triumphant and exclusive return of Coldplay in Arras for their only performance in France. This explosive finale will be preceded by the legendary Portishead, by PJ Harvey and by the award winning Elbow, Bruno Mars, Charles Bradley, Rival Sons, the legendary electro Underworld and Cold War Kids will also join the party...
Some of the trendiest French acts such as Yodelice, Puggy and Selah Sue are also part of the 7th Main Square Festival.
