Guillemots Announce New Single, Festival Dates & Tickets

Following the recent release of their latest album ‘Walk the River’, Guillemots have confirmed details of new single ‘I Must Be A Lover’, which is due out on 19th June. The track is the latest single to be taken from the album following ‘The Basket’ in March. The band are also set to make a number of festival appearances over the next few months. ‘Walk the River’ is the third Guillemots album following their 2006 debut ‘Through the Windowpane’ and 2008’s ‘Red’. In the three years since their last album, frontman Fyfe Dangerfield spent time recording and touring his first solo album ‘Fly Yellow Moon’. The album included a cover of the Billy Joel track ‘She’s Always A Woman’, which was subsequently released as a single and became a Top 10 hit. Guillemots have previously been nominated for a BRIT award, an NME award and, in 2006, the Mercury Prize for ‘Through the Windowpane’.
