George Michael Confirms Further Symphonica UK Tour Shows In Glasgow & Manchester & Tickets

One of British music's greatest singer-songwriters and most loved artists, George Michael makes his eagerly awaited return to the stage with the announcement of his Symphonica: The Orchestral Tour later this year. With tickets for the tour going on sale this morning at 10am, phenomenal demand to see the star live has seen George Michael add four new dates to his touring schedule with new shows announced for Cardiff, Birmingham, Glasgow and Manchester. A much-loved, enduringly popular figure in music, George Michael's career has evolved from the era-defining pop of Wham! to a solo career of extraordinary lyrical beauty, genuine emotional depth and life-affirming melody. 

George will perform a carefully chosen selection of his own songs, spanning all his remarkable, near 30-year career, as well as covers some of his favourite songs from other artists, with music being re-worked and re-arranged for the orchestra which will accompany him.
