One of British music's greatest singer-songwriters and most loved artists, George Michael makes his eagerly awaited return to the stage with Symphonica: The Orchestral Tour later this year. Announcing the shows last week for what will be his his first European dates since the acclaimed 2008 25Live tour, tickets to see George Michael went onsale at 10am this morning and sold out within 45minutes!
A much-loved, enduringly popular figure in music, George Michael's career has evolved from the era-defining pop of Wham! to a solo career of extraordinary lyrical beauty, genuine emotional depth and life-affirming melody. Announcing a string of European dates, including a four-night residency at London's Royal Albert Hall amongst the UK shows, tickets for the London shows sold out withing an astonishing 15 minutes.
Due to the unprecedented demand this morning, extra shows in Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow have been added to George's Symphonica: The Orchestral Tour and only single tickets remain for some other shows. Full tour details are listed below.

The tour will see the singer perform a carefully chosen selection of his own songs, spanning all his remarkable near 30-year career. George Micael has also promised fans some covers of his favourite songs from other artists, with music being re-worked and re-arranged for the orchestra which will accompany him.
