Jedward Set For Duet With Steven Tyler

In what seems like a match made in heaven for the tabloid columns, 'X Factor' duo Jedward are reportedly set to record a duet with Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler. According to reports which have appeared in The Sun today (May 23rd), the Irish twins are said to have secured a duet with Tyler on an as-of-yet unnamed track.

A source told the tabloid: "Jedward never thought someone like Steven would join forces with them and on such a massive song. But it looks likely to happen. The excitement has sent them into a spin."

The ‘Lipstick’ pair gained a surprising amount of success after their eighth place finish in this year’s Eurovision contest: Jedward managed to earn a top ten place in several European singles charts following their performance.

Tyler, on the otherhand, has made waves recently through a number of revelations in his autobiography, ‘Does the Noise In My Head Bother You?’ The publication released last Wednesday (May 18th) discusses Tyler’s narcotic addictions and gives details about his adventurous sexual encounters during Aerosmith’s hayday.

Meanwhile, it has also been announced that Jedward will perform for President Barack Obama when he visits Ireland tomorrow. The twins will be performing alongside Westlife and Imelda May at College Green in Dublin tomorrow afternoon (May 24th).

Speaking to Daily Star Sunday, a source said: "Jedward are one of Ireland's biggest exports at the moment. At first the White House was dubious about letting a novelty act like Jedward perform for the President. But in the end John and Edward won them over, like they seem to do with everyone.

They continued: "They are also expected to have a quick meet and greet with Obama after the performance, which is crazy. Two years ago 'X Factor' judge Simon Cowell branded them the worst act he had ever seen. Now they could be shaking the hand of the President of the United States of America."
