Sean Kingston To Face $32,000 Fine After Jet Ski Accident?

Sean Kingston could be facing a fine of up to $32,500 (£20,000) after his serious jet ski accident in Miami last week, according to reports. Local authorities are said to be investigating whether or not the accident has upset local wildlife and are considering claiming for damages, according to TMZ.
Kingston was left in a critical condition after crashing into a bridge while travelling at speed on his jet ski last Sunday (May 29th). The singer suffered a fractured wrist, broken jaw and water in his lungs, but is said to be making a steady recovery in a nearby hospital.
However, strict Miami laws protecting manatees (commonly known as sea cows) may mean that Kingston will be charged with a hefty fine after he makes a full recovery – the singer is reportedly now awake and fully conscious.
When reports first began to circulate about Kingston’s accident, social networking sites were quickly flooded with false news of the singer’s death. A number of celebrities went on Twitter to post their support for the singer and his family, including Rihanna and former collaborator Nicki Minaj, who said: "My love & prayers are with Sean Kingston & his family,"
Neither Sean Kingston nor his representatives have yet made a comment on the potential fine, but it was revealed this week that Cassandra Sanchez, the other passenger in the accident, will not be pressing charges.
