Public Enemy Schedule Five UK Tour Dates

Following on from Ice Cube’s short UK tour earlier this month and prior to Snoop Dogg’s October UK shows, infamous rap group Public Enemy will touch down on UK soil for five rare British dates.
Ranked as the ‘recommended hip-hop group of all time’, the group of five rappers and DJs have scheduled the September dates at the big cities around the UK, including Cardiff, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester and London. The highly-anticipated shows will see the legendary hip-hop collective perform their album ‘Fear of a Black Planet’ in its entirety.
Pioneers of a radically new musical style, Public Enemy used music as a platform to voice the problems plaguing Black America. Their angry, militant stance expressed the injustices and vented the frustrations of an entire community. With Chuck D's forcefully enlightening rhymes, the chaotic and comic Flavor Flav's cuts and oversize clocks, a truly revolutionary experience – and one of very few hip-hop and rap artists who avoid the usual misogynistic and offensive lyrics we regularly hear to instead vocalise their struggles and troubles
